DONATE YOUR USED GOODS.

Generally we take these items in sellable condition:

Furniture in good repair (call first to ask if we have room - thanks!).
Clothing and shoes - new used or vintage - womens, mens,
childrens and babies; shoes in good repair; small kitchen appliances,

household items; housewares; kitchenware; gifts; collectibles;

books (other than textbooks); antiques; office supplies; furniture;
baby gear, (working) appliances; jewelry; linens, bedclothing, towels;
musical instruments, music cds, movies, stereo equipment; cell phones;
cash; and some things we’ve forgotten to mention. We also accept autos and other vehicles - a truck please! Unfortunately, some days we cannot accept donations, please call first if it will matter. And we sometimes can pick up larger donations – call and ask us: 822-5019.Donations accepted every day until 4 pm. After that we do not have time to process them, so please help us by bringing your donations early in the day. Good news...we now have a truck to pick up large donations and deliver your furniture purchases.

THIS WEEK, WE WOULD PARTICULARLY LIKE...

Small kitchen appliances, shoes in good repair, books (other than textbooks),

furniture in good repair (call first to ask if we have room - thanks!).

We would be most appreciative if some Angel out there could donate a truck

for pickups and deliveries, a commercial washer and dryer, and the use of a

commercial space for storing or sorting donations. Please!!

WE’RE SORRY BUT WE NEVER WANT...

Livestock, last night’s leftovers, cosmetics, foodstuffs, very dirty or very worn clothing, chemicals, solvents, paint, hardware...or anything that is severely damaged or very worn. Usable is not necessarily sellable, so please help us by bringing donations you think we can sell. Thank you.

THE GOOD NEWS IS WE’RE GREEN NOW!

When we receive donations that are not sellable, we do truck them off to the recycling center whenever possible. (However, we prefer you take your recycling to the center yourself.)

VOLUNTEER?

We can always use hardworking folks who like to make

a difference in Humboldt. We need drivers to pick up

donations, people to sort and organize, recycle and many

other things. Call us at 822-5019.
